At Fin and Tonic, our Employee of the Month program celebrates team members who go above and beyond. This could mean keeping our exhibits in top condition, helping guests discover something new, or just bringing great energy to the team. Each month, we recognize someone whose dedication, curiosity, and hard work help keep everything running smoothly (both above and below the surface).
Tommy Calzone
Every employee has a story, and this is Tommy's:
"I am profoundly honored and sincerely grateful to be recognized as Employee of the Month for December. Being acknowledged by such a dedicated leadership team and an organization that consistently strives for aquatic excellence is a privilege I will carry with me with great pride.
To be part of Fin and Tonic Aquatic Systems is an opportunity I do not take for granted. This company fosters an environment built on love for aquatic life and I am thankful every day to contribute within a company that values aquatic life. The guidance provided by management and the standards upheld across the team have played an important role in my growth and motivation.
Although I only recently became aware that earning Employee of the Month was a lifelong aspiration of mine, achieving this recognition so quickly has been incredibly rewarding. It speaks not only to my own efforts but to the supportive framework and clear expectations that allow employees to succeed. I am thankful to work in a place where dedication is noticed and appreciated.
